DELIVERY SCHEDULE
FREE delivery every 2nd + 4th Thursday and Friday of each month. Deliveries are between 8am - 4:30pm.
ORDER CUT-OFF: Wednesday @ 12PM on the week of delivery.
FAQ
If you are not brewing right away, kits should be stored in a cool, dry place out of any sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months (if stored in a cool, dark place). Please email us if you have any problems or questions about your SCOBY or kit support@hoochybooch.com
The kit comes with 3x, batches of tea + sugar = 3, 2L batches of Kombucha. After you have made your 3 batches you can use tea and sugar from home or buy some from the store (ensuring that you are using what is recommended in the kits) So long as your keep your SCOBY healthy and alive, you can continue to use it again and again.
Yes absolutely. If the person lives outside of Vancouver - Langley a delivery fee will be incurred. Please reach out to support@hoochybooch.com to process this order.
We pack all of our kits on Tuesday/Wednesday and send them to Canada Post on Friday. Typical shipping is about 1 week to anywhere in Canada. About 10 days to the USA and 2-3 weeks anywhere else. Please note that we cannot guarantee the arrival of your package date so please ensure you order with enough lead time.
Absolutely yes. All of the Kombucha we make for Hoochy 'Booch is 100% organic and we would choose nothing less for you. All SCOBYs come from ingredients derived from organic teas + sugar.
While we cannot guarantee your success, we are pretty positive that if you follow the instructions and read the Follow Up program, you'll be on your way to making some delicious home brew!
