Piña Colada Mocktail Recipe
Here is what you need to enjoy this refreshing cocktail:
1L of Hawaiian Kombucha (link below)
1 can of coconut milk
½ a lime, juiced
Pineapple for garnish, optional
¼ tsp rum extract, optional
Make Ahead
The night before, (before opening, shake your can of coconut milk to incorporate the liquid and the fat) Pour into clean ice cube trays. Freeze overnight.
Instructions
In a high-speed blender add 8 – 10 coconut ice cubes
Add the lime juice, rum extract (if using) and just a splash of ‘booch
Blend until slushy – under 1 minute
Pour Kombucha into 2 – 3 glasses
Top with coconut slush
Garnish w/ pineapple slices
Sip & Enjoy
